Fremont Lancaster is a boutique consulting practice led by Alex and Sarah Henderson, combining hands-on operating experience with senior advisory support for growing businesses.
Alex leads the firm’s supply-chain and operations work, with 15+ years of experience across sourcing, procurement, manufacturing, inventory, logistics, fulfillment, and international trade. He works with CPG and physical-product companies that need experienced supply-chain ownership across MRP, production planning, suppliers, commercialization, contract manufacturing, 3PL, and freight.
Sarah focuses primarily on agricultural operations, hospitality consulting, and the development and management of Paradise Vanilla in the Dominican Republic.
Together, they bring an owner-operator perspective to consulting: practical experience building businesses, managing suppliers and operations, and working through the realities of growth rather than advising from the sidelines.
